This course focuses on staffing retention and professional communications and personal development in PSAPs & Comm Centers. Attendees learn how to work & collaborate as a team, notice stress in themselves and others, the importance of peer support, leadership by example, and individual accountability & career purpose. They will practice real world examples in character based communications and goal setting. Extended courses include social media best practices, time management, workplace wellness.
