Description
CIC TRACK targets high priority behavior challenges that often occur during and after critical incidents and teaches how to thrive while coping with continuous situational stress. Based on the Six Pillars of Character, this course motivates telecommunicators to practice good citizenship, support their peers, be trustworthy. Modules will provide learning in positive approach alternatives, how to minimize over-reactions, improve thoughtful & kind interactions, encourage quality response and self-control. Where there might be anger and resistance post crisis, peers will tap into their soft skills and better practice resilience when trained to notice stress in themselves and others, coach individual willingness and support ongoing adjustments.
